Our Story
Pioneer Research Group grew out of years spent operating clinical facilities in behavioral health and addiction medicine. We watched two problems pass each other daily: trials that couldn't find patients, and patients who never heard about trials that might help them.
So we built the bridge ourselves — converting clinical capacity into research-ready sites, pairing them with data-driven patient matching, and wrapping both in the operational discipline that sponsors and CROs expect from an institutional partner.
